Catch Up!

Well it certainly has been a while since I last posted. a lot has happened so I'm going to try to get through it all without getting too wordy...
Eliza is now 3 months old and getting so big! She's smiling more, laughing more, and getting more control over her hands and feet. We have a little jungle gym thing that she loves to play with and she is getting better and reaching for the toys and hitting them with her hands and feet. she has already grown out of a couple of outfits and is on the verge of growing out of a couple more. It's really fun to see how responsive she is getting.

Thanksgiving and Blessing:
On Eliza's Blessing Day: Yes we're a family of squinters...
Over Thanksgiving we had both families come down for good food, football and fun. My cousins Mirazz and Nathan also came up with their family. It was a lot of fun to see everyone. That Sunday we blessed Eliza. I'm so grateful for a husband who is worthy to bless our babies. It was so sweet and there was such a great spirit to the day. Eliza was pretty good during it. She was fussy before and fussy after but during she was quiet.
The Vaughns (minus Jill, Fred, and Oliver)

My mom refurbished Catherine, Karen, and my blessing dress for Eliza to wear on her special day.
Christmas:
For Christmas we went up to Preston with Nick's family. It was so great to be able to spend almost two weeks with family and just relax. This was the first year in a while that Nick's family was all together because of missions but we were able to all be there with two new grand-babies. Grandma and Grandpa were so excited to have their grandchildren around and it was nice for us because we could take more naps and catch up on sleep! Eliza did not sleep so well up there. I think it was a mix between a new place, a growth spurt, and being slightly sick (a stuffy runny nose making her grunt a lot more and not be able to breathe as clearly). Now that she's better and back home she's mostly back to how she was sleeping before. It was a lot of fun to see Eliza and Oliver together. Whenever one would start to cry the other would look on with a look of concern. it was so precious! Now for some pictures:
Eliza looks so small next to Oliver... Maybe she'll catch up before they meet again in the summer.
Grandma and Grandpa Vaughn Love their grand-babies!
Grandma made sure Oliver and Eliza had a lot of matching outfits for pictures. These ones are both covered in snowmen!

A good lookin' family if I do say so myself!
